ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 200g lotus root, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
ШАГИ
Coat the sliced beef with potato starch. Slice the lotus root into 5mm pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch, then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the lotus root and stir-fry until lightly translucent.
Add the beef and grated garlic to the pan. Stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the soy sauce, sugar, and sake to the pan. Stir-fry until the ingredients are well coated with the sauce. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
