ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 300g thinly sliced pork for bulgogi
Vegetables
- 150g garlic sprouts, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced into 1cm wedges
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ШАГИ
Cut garlic sprouts into 4cm pieces and slice onion into 1cm wedges.
Heat half of the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic sprouts and onion, stir-fry until onion becomes slightly translucent, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) to the pan and heat. Stir-fry the pork until fully cooked. Return the vegetables to the pan, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
