ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of yellowtail
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch of garlic chives
- 🧅 1/2 stalk of green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Potato starch as needed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Cut garlic chives into 4 cm pieces and slice green onion diagonally.
Cut yellowtail into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook yellowtail until both sides are browned.
Push yellowtail to the side of the pan, add green onion and garlic chives, and stir-fry briefly. Mix with yellowtail.
Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce, and stir-fry until well combined.
