- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetable
- 🍠 90g sweet potato
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Slice the sweet potato into 1cm rounds, then cut into halves or quarters based on size. Soak in water briefly and drain. Microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap at 600W for about 4 minutes until soft, then drain. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm cubes. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon and octopus, then increase to medium heat and simmer. Once bubbling, add sweet potato and stir briefly to cook.
