Main Ingredients
- 🍠 1 medium sweet potato
- 🥓 8 strips of bacon
- 🧀 4 slices of cheddar cheese
ШАГИ
Peel the sweet potato and cut it into thick, long slices.
Boil the sweet potato slices in water until 98% cooked.
Drain the boiled sweet potato slices and let them dry on a strainer.
Cut each slice of cheddar cheese in half. Place 1/2 slice of cheese and 3 sweet potato slices on a strip of bacon, then roll it up.
Cook the bacon rolls on low heat until the bacon is golden and crispy.
Serve the sweet potato bacon rolls warm.
