    • 💧 1 tbsp water
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Cooking Oil

    • As needed salad oil
  • Toppings

    • As needed tonkatsu sauce
    • As needed mayonnaise
    • As needed aonori (seaweed flakes)
    • As needed bonito flakes
