    • 🧀 50g pizza cheese

Cut cod into bite-sized pieces and extract tarako roe from its casing.

Heat salad oil and breadcrumbs in a pan over medium heat until golden brown, then set aside.

In the same pan, sauté cod, green onion, and shimeji mushrooms over medium heat until browned. Add flour and stir until well combined.

Add butter, milk, and mochi to the pan, stirring until thickened. Mix in consomme, salt, and pepper. Once mochi softens, add tarako and mix briefly. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
