Main Ingredients
- 🍗 500g boiled chicken breast
- 🍎 1/2 apple
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 green onion
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Shred the boiled or smoked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide.
Place the shredded chicken in a pot and add sliced apple, onion, and green onion.
Pour the seasoning sauce and 500ml of water into the pot, then add 1 tbsp of mirin. Simmer for 15 minutes.
When the liquid reduces to about 1/3, turn off the heat and add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Remove the apple and onion; green onion can be removed or eaten.
Serve the tender and chewy chicken breast jangjorim as a side dish or children's meal.
