ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- cornstarch as needed
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetables
- 1 bag of mixed vegetables
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- sesame seeds as needed
ШАГИ
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and coat with sake and cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork.
Once the pork changes color, add the ☆ seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Place the mixed vegetables on a serving plate and generously top with the cooked pork. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish.
