    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Place tofu in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for 3 minutes. Wrap in paper towels and remove excess moisture.

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and coat evenly with cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook tofu on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.

Add the sauce to the pan and simmer for 1–2 minutes, coating the tofu evenly. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
