Fish
- 4 slices yellowtail fillet (400g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ШАГИ
Sprinkle the yellowtail fillets with a pinch of salt and let them sit for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Lightly coat the fillets with all-purpose flour on both sides.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the fillets until golden brown on both sides.
Mix sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a small bowl to create the teriyaki sauce.
Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan with the fillets and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the fish evenly.
