- 2 tsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Cut off both ends of the cucumber. Use a rolling pin to smash it, then break it into bite-sized pieces by hand. Sprinkle with salt and massage gently.
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, dried sakura shrimp, and marinade ingredients. Mix well.
Serve on a plate and garnish with torn cilantro leaves.
