ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 40g vermicelli
- 50g ground pork
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1/2 celery, thinly sliced
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 Minced garlic, as needed
- Minced ginger, as needed
- Sliced chili, as needed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
Cooking
- 1 tbsp flour mixed with 1 tbsp water
- Vegetable oil, as needed
ШАГИ
Mince the onion and thinly slice the celery. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, chicken stock powder, and sugar in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, cook vermicelli according to package instructions, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté garlic, ginger, chili, and ground pork until the pork changes color. Add onion and celery, and cook until the onion softens.
Add vermicelli and the prepared sauce to the pan, stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Place the filling on spring roll wrappers, roll tightly, and seal with the flour-water mixture. Deep-fry at 170°C until golden brown.
