Protein
- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Cut the thick fried tofu in half horizontally, then into quarters.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly while breaking it apart.
Add the tofu pieces and cook for 2–3 minutes, turning until browned.
Add curry powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine evenly.
