Meat
- 🥓 300g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1 pack radish sprouts
- 1/2 paprika, sliced
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
ШАГИ
Prepare the ingredients. Defrost the thinly sliced pork belly.
Slice the vegetables vertically into thin strips.
Lay the pork belly flat. If the slices are short, attach two pieces together.
Place paprika, enoki mushrooms, and radish sprouts on the pork belly.
Roll the pork belly tightly and place it on a frying pan.
Cook the rolls, turning them to ensure they don’t unravel.
Add the prepared sauce while cooking the rolls.
Cook until the rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
