ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 8 slices thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g firm tofu
- 8 shiso leaves
Cooking Essentials
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ШАГИ
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 500W for 3 minutes to remove excess water. Let it cool.
Cut the tofu into 8 equal pieces.
Wrap each tofu piece with one shiso leaf.
Lay a slice of pork belly flat, place the wrapped tofu on it, and roll it up. Repeat for all 8 pieces.
Coat the rolls evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place the rolls seam-side down. Cook until browned.
Turn the rolls to brown evenly, then add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) and simmer until the pork is cooked through.
