ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g tofu, cubed
- 1 cup corn starch
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Sesame seeds, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
ШАГИ
Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Sprinkle salt over the tofu and rub gently with your hands.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Place corn starch in a plastic bag, add tofu cubes, and shake to coat evenly.
Pan-fry the coated tofu in an oiled pan until golden and crispy.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and toss the tofu to coat evenly.
Plate the tofu and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
