    • 🍥 75g firm tofu
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • 🍶 1/2 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp potato starch
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut the cabbage into 3cm squares. Quarter the onion radially. Slice the garlic and ginger thinly.
