    • 🥚 1/2 egg, beaten
    • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Prepare the filling by crumbling tofu into small pieces after draining and pressing it to remove excess water. Mix with ground meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until sticky. Shape into 4 oval patties.

Coat each patty by dipping it in flour, then beaten egg, repeating the process once more, and finally covering with breadcrumbs.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to a depth of 2–3cm. Fry patties for 2 minutes without moving, then flip and fry for 7 minutes until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve with shredded cabbage and sauce.
