ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 300g silken tofu
- 3 crab sticks
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Shred the crab sticks finely and cut them into 1cm pieces.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Mash the silken tofu in a bowl until smooth. Add salt, potato starch, crab sticks, and green onion, then mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the ponzu sauce, sesame oil, and white sesame seeds to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Spread the tofu mixture into round shapes and cook for about 4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Cut the pancakes into bite-sized pieces, plate them, and serve with the prepared sauce.
