ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/3 stalk scallion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
ШАГИ
Crumble 1/2 block of tofu in a dry pan and cook over high heat to remove moisture.
Push the tofu to the side of the pan, add sesame oil, and sauté scallions to make scallion oil.
Mix the scallions and tofu together and stir-fry well.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce to the mixture.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce to the mixture.
Add 1 tbsp corn syrup to the mixture.
Place the stir-fried tofu and scallion mixture on top of cooked rice.
Place 1 egg yolk in the center of the dish for presentation.
Sprinkle 1 pinch of sesame seeds over the dish.
Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil over the dish to finish.
