ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
- 30g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp white dashi
- 💧 80ml water
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
Thickener
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tsp water
ШАГИ
Place the firm tofu on a microwave-safe plate and heat it uncovered in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds until warmed. Drain excess water.
Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
In a pot, combine the sauce ingredients (white dashi, water, ginger) and add the shimeji mushrooms. Cover and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 3 minutes until the mushrooms soften. Stir in the potato starch mixture to thicken the sauce.
Place the tofu on a serving dish, pour the thickened sauce over it, and garnish with chopped green onions.
