- 30g glass noodles
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 3g dried wakame
- 2 slices ham
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ШАГИ
Rehydrate the dried wakame according to package instructions, then drain the water. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and slice the ham into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, cook the glass noodles as per package instructions, then drain and cut into manageable lengths.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger).
Add the glass noodles to the bowl and mix well. Then add cherry tomatoes, wakame, and ham, and combine everything evenly.
