Noodles
- 90g dried soba noodles
Egg
- 🥚 1 raw egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 6cm green onion, sliced
Broth
- 50cc concentrated soy sauce base
- 💧 300cc water
ШАГИ
Slice the green onion into thin rounds.
Boil water in a pot, cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Wash the pot, add the broth ingredients (soy sauce base and water), and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the soba noodles and simmer for 1 minute until warmed.
Serve the noodles in a bowl, top with the raw egg and sliced green onion.
