ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- Adequate amount of rice cakes
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Optional Ingredients
- 🥜 Some crushed peanuts
- Some parsley flakes
ШАГИ
Wash the rice cakes and remove excess water. If frozen, thaw and microwave briefly to soften.
Skewer 4–5 rice cakes onto each stick. Ensure the rice cakes are dry for better frying.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and fry the skewers until golden brown on both sides.
In the same pan, combine all sauce ingredients to make the sauce.
Cook the sauce over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
Brush the sauce evenly on both sides of the fried rice cake skewers.
Place the skewers on a plate and sprinkle crushed peanuts and parsley flakes on top.
