Broth
- 1 pack beef bone broth
- 1 tbsp chicken stock
Main Ingredients
- 3–8 dumplings
- 1 serving rice cake slices
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 To taste salt
- To taste black pepper
Egg
- 🥚 1–2 eggs, beaten
Garnish
- 🧅 To taste chopped green onion
ШАГИ
Soak rice cake slices in water for 10–15 minutes.
Pour beef bone broth into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Add minced garlic and chicken stock into the boiling broth.
Add dumplings and soaked rice cakes into the pot.
Pour beaten eggs into the soup while stirring gently.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
