ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
- 100g grated yam
Seasoning
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Garnish
- To taste shredded seaweed
ШАГИ
Peel and dice the avocado into 1.5cm cubes. Grate the yam to create tororo.
Cut the tuna into 1.5cm cubes.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, water) in a bowl. Add the avocado and tuna, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Serve the rice in a bowl, top with the marinated tuna and avocado mixture, pour the grated yam (tororo) over, and garnish with shredded seaweed.
