ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Noodles
- 30g vermicelli noodles
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Canned Goods
- 70g canned tuna
Condiments
- 3 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ШАГИ
Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts and halve them. Drain the canned tuna and cut the vermicelli noodles into manageable lengths.
Place the vermicelli noodles and enough water to cover them in a microwave-safe container. Add the bean sprouts, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with water.
In a bowl, combine the noodles, bean sprouts, kaiware sprouts, canned tuna, mentsuyu, and sesame oil. Mix well.
