Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 canned tuna
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/2 red chili, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 A dash of black pepper
ШАГИ
Prepare all ingredients. Use 2 eggs instead of 1 as shown in the image.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into 3–4 cm pieces. Chop the green and red chilies finely. Mix these with the drained tuna.
Combine the mixture with eggs to create the batter.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and spoon the batter onto the pan. Flip carefully as the pancakes are delicate without flour.
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
