ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 3 cans water (using tuna can as measure)
ШАГИ
Slice all ingredients. Layer potatoes at the bottom of a pot, followed by onions and green chili.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing garlic, gochujang, sugar, chili powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pour it over the layered ingredients.
Add the tuna and pour 3 cans of water (using the tuna can as a measure). Cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat to simmer.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add the green onion and simmer until the dish is sufficiently braised.
