Main Ingredients
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 🐟 1 can of tuna, drained
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
ШАГИ
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve.
Peel and slice the potatoes into 1cm thick pieces, then soak them in cold water to remove starch.
Chop the green onion into large pieces.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, corn syrup, and black pepper.
Layer the potatoes in a pot, add the drained tuna on top, pour the prepared seasoning, and add 300ml of water. Cover and cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
