ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Side
- Baby leaf greens, as needed
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes, as needed

Slice garlic thinly and remove the core.
Season tuna with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Increase to medium heat and sear tuna for 30 seconds on each large side and 10 seconds on smaller sides.
Remove tuna and turn off the heat. Add sauce ingredients to the pan, cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Slice tuna into bite-sized pieces, plate, and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with baby leaf greens and cherry tomatoes.
