ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🍄 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ШАГИ
Chop all vegetables including onion, green onion, mushrooms, and chili pepper.
Heat a pan and stir-fry all chopped vegetables until softened.
Add the tuna to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Add soybean paste (doenjang) and mix thoroughly.
Add red chili paste (gochujang) and mix well.
Add red pepper powder and minced garlic, then stir to combine.
Cook until everything is well combined and heated through.
