Vegetables
- 1 turnip (80g), sliced thinly
- 100g enoki mushrooms, halved and separated
- 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ШАГИ
Slice the turnip thinly after halving it vertically. Cut off the root of enoki mushrooms, halve them, and separate by hand.
Heat water in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add chicken stock powder, turnip, and enoki mushrooms. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until the turnip softens.
Season with salt and pepper, mix briefly, and serve in bowls. Garnish with chopped green onion.
