ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetable
- 2 turnips, peeled and cut into wedges
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
ШАГИ
Peel the turnips and cut them into 6–8 wedges.
Cut the turnip leaves into 3cm pieces.
Wrap each turnip wedge with a slice of pork belly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place the wrapped turnips seam-side down.
Flip the turnips and cook for 2 minutes, then absorb excess oil with a paper towel.
Add sake, cover the pan, and steam on low heat for 4 minutes.
Add mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and turnip leaves, then stir-fry until well coated.
