ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (240g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi (pickled plums)
- 5g tororo kombu
- 🧅 Chopped green onion (to taste)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water
ШАГИ
Wash the warm rice with water and drain. Remove the pits from umeboshi and chop the flesh finely.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until smooth.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt, and water) to a pot and bring to a boil. Add tororo kombu, umeboshi, and rice, then cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot and cook until semi-cooked. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
