ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)
Seaweed
- 2g dried wakame
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Salt Water
- 💧 200cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
ШАГИ
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water (not listed in ingredients) and drain. Remove the seed from the umeboshi and tear it into small pieces.
Cut off both ends of the cucumbers. Place chopsticks on both sides of the cucumber and make diagonal cuts 2mm apart until the knife hits the chopsticks. Flip the cucumber and repeat the process.
Place the cucumbers in a tray, add the salt water mixture (☆), and mix. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with water, pat dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (★) with the umeboshi. Add the wakame and cucumbers, toss to combine, and refrigerate for about 10 minutes before serving.
