ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetables
- 125g konjac
- 90g burdock root
- 100g lotus root
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 3–4 small taro
- 4 snow peas
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1–2 tbsp mirin
- soy sauce to taste
Other
- 💧 1/4 cup water
- ginger as needed
ШАГИ
Prepare all vegetables by peeling and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chicken until lightly browned.
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Season with salt, sake, and mirin, then add water and bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add snow peas and ginger, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Serve warm, optionally drizzling with soy sauce for extra flavor.
