ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Main Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 8 young corns
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Corn Cream Sauce
- 180g canned cream corn
- 1 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥛 60ml milk
ШАГИ
Cut young corns diagonally in half and slice the onion thinly.
Cut bacon into 2cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a pan, add bacon, young corn, and onion. Stir-fry on medium heat until softened. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a heatproof dish.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix cream corn and flour thoroughly. Add remaining sauce ingredients and mix. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir, then microwave uncovered for another minute.
Pour the corn cream sauce over the dish, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
