- 300g young radish greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
ШАГИ
Trim the ends of the young radish greens and blanch them in boiling water with 1/2 tbsp salt for 10 seconds. Rinse thoroughly in cold water.
Cut the blanched greens into bite-sized pieces and squeeze out excess water. Add 1 tbsp chopped green onion.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp perilla oil.
Mix the greens vigorously to allow the seasoning to penetrate.
Add 2 tbsp perilla powder to the seasoned greens.
Gently mix the greens with the perilla powder until well combined.
