ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Meat
- 250g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 50g lettuce
- 🧅 10cm green onion, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Other
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
ШАГИ
Mince the green onion and ginger. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and mince.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients marked with '☆' to prepare the sauce.
Place the pork belly slices in a frying pan while keeping their original packed shape. Add sake and soy sauce, and gently massage the meat to coat without breaking its shape. Dust the pork with cornstarch evenly.
Heat salad oil in the empty space of the frying pan over medium heat. Cook the pork for about 5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes until the meat is cooked through and crispy.
Remove the pork and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Spread the lettuce on a serving plate, place the pork on top, and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
