ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Vegetable
- 200g zenmai (boiled)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Seafood
- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pepper to taste
ШАГИ
Julienne the carrot and cut the zenmai into 5cm pieces.
Clean the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and beak. Slice the body, fins, and tentacles into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot, zenmai, and squid. Stir-fry until the squid is cooked through.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and pepper) and stir-fry until evenly combined.
Plate the dish and serve immediately.
