- 5g dried aosa seaweed

- 50g cleaned clams
Vegetable
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water

Add dashi powder and water to a pot, bring to a boil, then add dried aosa and cleaned clams. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup. Heat gently without boiling. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
