MALZEMELER
Protein
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 150g grilled tofu, cubed
- 2 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, trimmed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
ADIMLAR
Cut the grilled tofu into bite-sized cubes. Chop the cabbage into 1cm strips. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the cabbage and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables soften.
Add the grilled tofu and seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and pepper). Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Pour in the beaten egg and stir-fry until the egg sets. Serve on a plate.
