- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves (250g)
- 🧅 1/2 green onion (50g)

- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
ADIMLAR
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and stems, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, oyster sauce, and cornstarch) in a bowl until well combined.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add grated garlic and sliced pork, cooking until the pork changes color.
Add the cabbage, bell peppers, and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until slightly softened.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
Add shredded pizza cheese on top, cover the pan, and heat until the cheese melts.
