    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tsp mirin
    • 3 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp apple vinegar
    • 2 tsp black vinegar
    • 1 tsp cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp water
