- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
- 1 tbsp shio koji
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 Frill lettuce, as needed
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
ADIMLAR
Place chicken breast, shio koji, and pepper into a storage bag. Massage the ingredients together, remove air from the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Wipe off excess shio koji from the chicken and place it in the pan. Cook until lightly browned. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 6–7 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and let cool slightly.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Serve with frill lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
