MALZEMELER
Tuna Fried Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
- 🌽 30g frozen corn
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Chicken Chili
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
- 🧅 5cm green onion
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Paprika and Spinach Stir-fry
- 1/4 paprika
- 🥬 1/4 bag spinach
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground sesame
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ADIMLAR
Mix cooked rice, tuna, corn, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Cut paprika into thin strips and spinach into bite-sized pieces. Microwave them in a covered container for 2 minutes at 600W, then cool in water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix sesame oil, ground sesame, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add paprika and spinach, then mix well.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop green onion roughly.
Mix all chili sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container.
Add chicken and green onion to the sauce, mix, cover loosely, and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Stir, cover loosely again, and microwave for another 2 minutes.
