MALZEMELER

- 🍗 200g chicken tenders

- 4 shiso leaves

- 50g mentaiko

- 🧀 2 slices of melting cheese
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ADIMLAR
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders. Marinate them in a bowl with sake, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes, then drain the liquid. Skewer the chicken and wrap aluminum foil around the skewer handles.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Cut the melting cheese slices in half.
Remove the thin skin from the mentaiko and chop it finely.
Place the skewered chicken on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes until the chicken changes color, then flip and bake for another 5 minutes.
Spread the mentaiko on the chicken, place the cheese slices on top, and bake for 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve the skewers on a plate, garnish with shiso leaves, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
