Batter
- 3 tbsp tempura flour
- 💧 50 ml water
Cooking Oil
- Sufficient amount of salad oil

Cut the chikuwa into bite-sized pieces and the cheese into 1.5 cm cubes.

Mix tempura flour and water in a bowl, then add the chikuwa and cheese, mixing well.

Heat 2 cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Place the batter-coated ingredients on a spatula and slide them into the oil. Fry until golden brown.
